With a 480$ auto bill from Amfam we were not super hopeful on a better policy. Kim worked on it with us for two weeks, following up on auto, home, life and then RV(after we spontaneously bought one). After everything was said and done Kim got us covered and settled out at half the cost with the same coverage. She has wonderful customer service, is easy going, genuine, and had us feeling like we have known her for years.
